About the Artist

I am a self-taught paper artist who finds inspiration in nature and man-made structures. My minimalist style, which is influenced by Japanese aesthetic, is achieved through multiple layers of hand-cut paper to produce intricate designs that play with light and shadow. These paper sculptures showcase a level of depth and movement that can only be truly appreciated in person.

During college, I was also an associate art editor and active member of Heights, the official literary and artistic publication and organization of the Ateneo de Manila University, which further fostered my love for creating art. I am currently a senior artist at L’arc en Ciel and member of the Paper Artist Collective (PAC), which most recently plans group shows and exhibits around the world.
